We typically work on a contingency basis, but have done retained searches. We also offer Project Management services where we will place ads on their behalf of a client or manage a direct mail campaign for specific searches. 1. We take a detailed job order from you to determine your specific needs and requirements.


2. Our present inventory of physician candidates is then researched for potential matches and our nationwide network is contacted to solicit additional candidates.


3. Physician candidates identified as potential matches are contacted and your practice opportunity is presented. We then present interested candidates to you for consideration.


4. Depending upon the availability of candidates in your needed specialties, we may discuss with you an advertising strategy or direct mail campaign.


5. You review the CV's we've submitted and conduct preliminary telephone interviews. Once mutual interest is established, an onsite interview is scheduled.


6. We initiate reference checks in anticipation of the onsite interview --- or gather the contact information for you if you wish to conduct reference checking on your own.


7. Once an offer is made, we maintain a role of facilitator, keeping all parties talking and engaged until a contract is signed and physician is successfully on board.

• We're hands-on. You work with Barbara or Pete every time - your job orders are not delegated to others.


• We take a Human Resources approach to recruitment --- we get to know your organization and act as an extension of your recruitment team. We do not consider ourselves salespeople.


• We screen candidates to your specifications and will only submit candidates that meet those specifications.


• We will clear each physician candidate's name with you and receive permission to submit the CV.


• All CV's submitted to you will be done so as an expression of the candidate's specific interest in your practice opportunity, and with the candidate's prior knowledge and consent.


• We take pride in a follow-up system that is efficient but non-intrusive --- we rarely nag.
